Stir in while it sauté. 15) Add water, and allow simmering for 2 minutes on medium low(4). 16) Now add the ketchup stir while sauté for 1 minutes stove gauge on High(6). 17) Add the fried meat to the gravy 2 minutes post to eating. 18) Eat stewed Conch Meat with rice, crackers, and fresh vegetable.
